But you don't have to wait for O/Ls to pursue growth—any young person with ambition and drive is welcome. LIFE (Learning Integrated for Future Employability) is not your typical education program. It blends academic support, employability training, communication mastery, and real-world exposure—so that you’re not just prepared for exams, but for life and work in the AI-powered future. It’s a guided journey to help you discover your strengths and build your unique path to success.
Selection is highly limited. We look for students (and parents) who show genuine commitment and a real desire to grow. It’s not just about grades—it’s about mindset, motivation, and the willingness to take this journey seriously.
You’ll need basic English communication skills, as most sessions are conducted in English. Beyond that, bring your curiosity, commitment, and a desire to do more with your life.
We follow a hybrid model—sessions are conducted both online and through in-person workshops. Some sessions happen during weekdays, others on weekends, making it flexible for different student schedules.
To truly grow and benefit, we recommend dedicating at least 10 hours per week. This is an investment in your future—and one that pays off.

Students from anywhere in Sri Lanka can join. Most sessions are online, but you’ll need to travel to Colombo occasionally for physical workshops and key events.
